Holmes and Holmes Architects Merges with Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates, INC.
Holmes and Holmes Architects (H&H) is saddened to announce the death of Nicholas H. Holmes, III, its sole proprietor. Sadly, H&H ceased to exist at the end of last year after Mr. Holmes’ untimely passing. Holmes and Holmes Architects has merged with Clark, Geer, Latham, Inc. (CGL). H&H has long been one of CGL’s oldest and dearest clients and we are so pleased to announce that the former staff of H&H has become the newest members of the CGL team. The relationship that CGL and H&H shared began in the mid 1950’s when the firm Holmes and Geer was founded. That firm practiced for many years. Then in the early 1970’s, Clark and Geer Consulting Engineers was created. In the late 1980’s, Clark & Geer merged with Latham Engineering to create the present day Clark, Geer, Latham & Associates, Inc.
